All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Products are subject to availability. Fishanistas reserves the right to modify pricing and product descriptions.

Participation in events involves inherent risks. Separate waivers may be required for in-person activities.
